Interesting to see. With a little reflection, I’m sure I can come up with 10 things to scrap to document the day.
A few weeks back I renewed my focus on exercising more and making better food choices. It’s working and I’m down about 10 pounds, so I guess that can be part of a 10.10.10 page. I have really enjoyed the cooler temperatures here in Arizona so that I can get some walks outside. I’ve never been much of a runner, but I have been including a few jogging intervals in my walks.
This weekend had my DD home for a visit from college. It was so good to see her since she had not been home for about three weeks. She is doing well on her own, she doesn’t bring home a wad of laundry, she does her own. The thing she looks forward to most is getting home cooked food and we loaded her up with a few days worth.
She worked on a theatre production — kept her away from home for three weeks, and her black Converse barely made it. We are going to have to replace them for the spring so that she will be able to work on the technical crew. Here’s a fun layout using some fun Halloween papers from Cosmo Cricket to document their demise. For full credits, click on the image.
New Heritage Album class starts tomorrow — see you in class.
